3. Counter-Notification

If you believe a takedown was done by mistake, you can appeal. It can be noted, however, that Tentech reserves the right to remove content and/or terminate users who persistently infringe copyrights or other content policies.

Important Note

Filing a false DMCA notice or counter-notice can land you in legal trouble, so make sure your claims are legitimate.
